Who We Are
SJK Healthcare was borne out of a need to resolve the frustrations of first-hand experience of recruiting healthcare professionals where quality and ethical standards were compromised. Three Directors set up the business with the aim to ensure that frustration was minimised for others. Our model is built on a strong leadership team who understand what it takes and needs to ensure a positive candidate and client experience.
Our diverse Leadership Team consists of a surgeon and entrepreneur, a strong business leader in a commercial healthcare business and a leadership coach and recruiter with over 35 years’ experience working at C-suite/Executive level in the last 10 years. We have strong relationships we have built and maintained for over 35 years. That speaks volumes to us and something we are very proud of.
